    Have you seen a gastroenterologist? I also highly highly recommend you get an allergy panel done. You could be having a reaction to something you are ingesting.

    I love your video's, I am a new subbie. You amazing and I love how honest you are. I also suffer massively with anxiety and panic attacks, and going threw peri meno makes it all even worse. I would love to hear how your doing these days since you lst anxiety video. Have you tried magnesium at all ? Tabs, oil or the Natural calm drink ?

    please try the gratitude journal.. just writing everyday in bullets small things that make you happy, simple nice daily moments. For example I write that i watched a movie, cuddling with my daughter, having a relaxing bath, writing, being creative, meditation, making aromatherapy with essential oils, putting on perfume, shopping, enjoying a cup of tea/coffee, watching the sunset/stars, enjoying a meal, visiting a friend... all these small everyday routines that give me joy, taking out the dog, going to the park or going to the beach . Basically I write similar things everyday, but the fact that I write every night it forces me to scan in my mind all the day and thus focus in all the nice moments I had. Generally I found that my anxiety was helped a lot from trying to focus on the positive. You still acknowledge there are bad things going on like fear/anxiety etc. but you choose to pay more attention to your blessings. There is a saying that helps me, ''Don't see (focus) on the one tree and miss the whole forest. Just tell your self that anxiety and fear is only one small part of your life and not all of it, the rest of it is nice moments and blessings.
    Also lavender oil helps (warm it with candle or throw some drops in your pillow before night sleep).
    Just some advice from me.. I understand you.. I deal with anxiety/overthinking many years due to abuse, divorced parents and other...

    I agree you said energy is transmitted through the screen.. but whenever I'm feeling sad I much prefer to watch these kinda videos that are relatable and make me feel like ok..it's normal to feel this way not everyone is always happy and bubbly.. than to watch happy 'everything is perfect' kinda videos.     I love you so much and I know exactly what you're going through I've never been one to comment on social media but I've been having the worst anxiety and depression of my life and I started watching your videos again and you're literally the only thing that gets my mind away from that and I wanted to share that with you. I've been in my head lately with crazy anxiety and watching your videos always takes me away from my thoughts and puts me in a better mood. I appreciate how real you are and how much you share with your fans I feel like people should be more open about their problems because it's just real things that happen to real people and someone can always relate or benefit by someone being as honest as you are and just putting themselves out there.     I'm dealing with anxiety too for the first time of my life and Oh my god how much hard to overcome it, I'm experiencing a lot of stomach pain, that is related to anxiety not a medical issue as the doctor told me, it became harder on me since it's Ramadan and fasting make it even worse, I already lost 3 kgs in less than a month, I'm trying to overcome it and become better both mentally and physically, hope you will too ❤❤

    i have anxiety and it's really just the worst. i can barely do normal basic things sometimes so i can't imagine feeling like i have to stick to such a formulaic schedule. it's something we have to deal with everyday and it is incredibly frustrating. i always say i'm going to do something and then never end up actually doing it. you want to think you'll be able to do it but sometimes you just can't. there's no shame in that. you have to do what's best for you. don't ever feel bad about that. p.s. i love the little yellow Friends frame you have on the door it's so cute

    So let me just say that I think you're great, and I never wore eyeshadow before I started watching your channel! : ). A suggestion, as a girl who also suffers from anxiety- what about a simple go-to look to put on when you have to go to work, or whatever, when you're feeling really anxious? Maybe one that's easy to do even if you're shaky and your stomach hurts? I tend to just skip makeup when I feel like that, and end up feeling even worse because I look crappy lol. :).

    I was diagnosed at age 28 with Ulcerative Colitis. Stress was the major cause of the onset. I will be on remicade infusions for the rest of my life or until it stops working. Hope you feel better soon! Praying for you

    And I don't know if you have tried it before but the 4×4 breathing technique really helps me focus and relax when I start to panic 😊
    💖Breathe in through your nose, while you count to four in your mind (for all steps).
    💖 Hold your breath in your stomach while counting to four.
    💖 Breathe out slowly through your mouth while you count to four.
    💖Before repeating step 1, take a break while counting to four.
    - Repeat this for as many times necessary, it releases the "anxiety cramp" in your brain 🌸

    If I can give you one advice it would be to write lists.
    Tons and tons of them, about every single thing you need to get out of your head, so that you are "physically" removing the thoughts and your chaos and arranging them on paper and leaving them there for you to go to when you NEED to look at it, instead of it all bashing around in your head all at once 💖
    Also, I don't know how well you sleep, but I suffer from anxiety, autism spectrum disorder and OCD and I sleep like CRAP 80% of the time.
    I recently studied a lot about sleep vs stress and anxiety- It is SO SO crucial to get a handle on your sleep for the rest of your body to work.
    Also I don't know if it will help you at all (if you ever see this) but I helps me to be very logical about it all.
    When you stress and have anxiety it's your amygdala in your brains limbic system that goes into overdrive and sends panic out.
    It really relaxes me to look at it very scientifically and say:
    "stupid amygdala playing with my mind again, okay what can I fix right now for it to calm down?"
    It makes it very pragmatic because it's an actual symptom then - just like an aching knee telling you to put your feet up for 15 minutes or so.
    It's okay to allow yourself to breathe and take it slow 😊

    You have to completely cut caffeine out seriously especially when you are going through high anxiety! It will help you absolutely! Lots of vitamin c and exercise to stabilize your neurotransmitters! I've been there trust me as you mature it gets easier! Because you're so use to it it gets old and your awareness of like that's all it is that's the worst that will happen panick big deal! Hang in there it will get better☺

    Kathleen, go see a gastroenterologist. I have suffered with stomach issues for more than 10 years and nothing seems to be the right answer. I've had surgery to fix the problem and it didn't help. But find you a good doc and go from there.

    Kathleen, it seems that you have been struggling with anxiety for so long and sometimes it seems to be paralizing. I recommend that you seek professional help, someone who specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I think those techniques could be very helpful and also try to avoid caffeine, which makes anxiety much worse. Hope that helps!

    Kathleen I’m not sure if you’ll read this BUT as someone who suffers from anxiety I know exactly how you feel! I find what helps me with my anxiety is making sure I communicate with a friend or my s/o of things that stress me out or worry me. If I keep a log of that stuff in I get anxiety attacks the worst; working out also helps me a lot.

    Its hard to make other people understand anxiety, they don’t understand. But what helped my circle of friends and family understand was learning about it and ways they could help.
    It’s ok to take some time to yourself, please do! Your mental and physical health is important. We love you! Sending positive vibes your way.

    My sister has bad anxiety and developed gastroparesis because of it. Basically that means her stomach doesn't digest foods as quickly as it should, and it causes pain and nausea. Idk if that is your issue, but it is worth asking your doc about. I hope you can get your stomach issues figured out soon!

    I find it odd, maybe it is something you have already ruled out, but I was having really bad stomachaches. Like, debilitating stomachaches that I could not predict. Once they set in, they would eep me down for the rest of the day. I had to back on anxiety meds for the 4th time in my adult life.     I'm sure you've heard this before, but just in case...are you allergic to gluten? It can make you gassy and have severe stomach pains. If you haven't looked into it, it's worth a try...even if you have IBS, which I could swear you've said before, although I could be imagining it. You can still be allergic to gluten and that could exacerbate your issues. I hope you feel better soon. I'm sure things will settle down when you're back home. Take care of yourself, Kathleen. 💜

    Kathleen, I would honestly watch a video of you eating a bowl of cereal. 🥣 As someone who also struggles with anxiety, I understand how you feel and I wish you wouldn’t put so much pressure on yourself because it makes it so much worse. I hope you start feeling better soon.

    I have so many stomach issues and problems. One of them is Crohn’s Disease and it’s a horrible disease. I have no energy and don’t feel like doing myself up and it causes me a lot of anxiety. I hope you get your answers and soon!
